The Penn State Alumni Association

What’s been happening:

After retiring from teaching at Marion Emmons McKeown School in Hampton Twp, NJin 1996, my husband and I moved to State College. He graduated from Rutgers in Dairy Science and new many people on the University Staff. Our four children graduated from PS, so did I. So we all had an interest in coming back to State College and enjoying the fruits of the University Campus. I got involved in helping to organize the Alumni Student Teacher Network sponsored by the College of Ed Alumni Society, of which I was a member. I also was secretary of the Baseball Booster Club for a short while, member of the Wrestling Club, and Secretary of the Men's Gymnastics Booster Club and still am. I was also a member of the Center Co Chapter of the Penn State Alumni Club. My time was spent trying to find ways to help student groups that needed help. We donated money to the PS Dance Team, PS Rugby Club, PS Rowing CLub, Trombone Choir, Blue Band and endowed the Drum Major's Uniform. All four of my children graduated from PSU and return frequently to refresh their college day memories.
